Pai.Studio offers free and premium AI art to individuals and businesses for use in commercial and non-commercial projects. Please read the following policy carefully before downloading or using any of our AI art.
- Definitions

The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the specific use described in the license agreement. The licensee may not sell, distribute, or sublicense the AI Art to any third party. The licensee may modify the AI Art for personal use only.
- Attribution
The licensee must provide proper attribution when using AI Art in any publication or public display. The attribution must include the artist name, artwork title, and Pai.Studio as the source.
- Copyright
All AI Art provided by Pai.Studio is protected by copyright laws. The licensee does not acquire any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the AI Art. The licensee may not claim or register any AI Art as their own work.
- Disclaimer
Pai.Studio provides AI Art "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the AI Art will meet the licensee's requirements or that the AI Art will be error-free. The licensee assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of the AI Art.
- Termination
Pai.Studio reserves the right to terminate any license at any time if the licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions of the license agreement.
- Governing Law
