9. TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue - When I log in via Google and want to add an OLD PASSWORD for the first time it doesn't work!
Solution - Please use the forgot password option to add a new password after logging in via Google.

Issue - I need to BULK UPLOAD all my images at once how come I cannot?
Solution - Currently we do not allow BULK UPLOADS and feature will be added soon!

Issue - I selected 2Factor Auth Login but lost my email or did not receive!
Solution - Please check Spam Folder to verify code was not sent there.
Solution - If you no longer have access to your Account Email that utilized 2FA Login, please contact support.
